1. CAST AND STAGE CREW:

? 35 to 50 people will be required. (Within this number there should be a minimum of 6 adult men and 4 adult women.) They will make up the requirements of the angels (non-speaking parts) and cast (24 speaking parts) along with a crew of stagehands. They should be a minimum of 14 years of age (exception below). The more mature the cast, the better the production.

? These cast members to be SELECTED IN ADVANCE for the parts of:
             a) Jesus, a man with compassionate appearing face and well respected in the church would be ideal (he has no speaking parts).
   b)   children under 14: 1 boy or girl 6-8 yrs old; 2-3 girls 9-12 yrs old; 2-3 boys 10-14 yrs old.

2. ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

 ? We kindly ask the church to provide comfortable accommodation and food for the Crusade Team on their arrival.

3. ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION:

 ? Please see samples.  You need tickets and posters.

4. PROPS, COSTUMES AND EQUIPMENT:

 ? Everything needed for the drama our Team will bring. PLEASE NOTE, this does not include staging or stairway into heaven (these are not essential).
? We ask you to provide boxes, tables, chairs of different heights for the angels to stand on.
? Our experience is that churches usually have an adequate power supply. The Crusade Director will confirm requirements with you at an appropriate time.
? Please provide us with the the ladder to reach to the ceiling if necessary.

TECHNICIANS:

? It is important to have your electrical and carpenter skills on standby to help where possible in the preparation of the set.

5. SCHEDULE FOR EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THE DRAMA:

 ? Friday -  
  Saturday -   (lunch at church)
  Sunday -    general rehearsal. After this prayer meeting and evening presentation (meals at church). Monday & Tuesday - Prayer meeting and evening presentations.

6. SANCTUARY

? We require full use of the Sanctuary all day Saturday and Sunday afternoon for rehearsal. Please clear the sanctuary of any other use.
